Refund policy

14-day returns

We accept return requests for non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, email support@mahjbydesign.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will provide return instructions.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label and paying return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Personalized and custom orders

Personalized items and orders made with specially requested artwork, designs, or custom color combinations are final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Selecting one of our standard listed colors or designs does not, by itself, make an item a custom order for purposes of this policy.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact support@mahjbydesign.com with your order number and photographs if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will help resolve the issue. This applies to personalized and custom orders as well.

Cancellations

To request a cancellation, email support@mahjbydesign.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Cancellations can be approved before production begins. Once production has started, change-of-mind cancellations cannot be accepted.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel your order. We will review your request and confirm whether it has been approved.
